Shipping Information
- Our products are made on-demand with 3D-knit sewing technology. This means that the product is created 3-6 business days after the order is placed, and then it is shipped out.
- Please allow for this production time in addition to standard shipping times.
- We provide tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.
- We charge a $10 flat rate for all orders under $200, except gift cards which are delivered electronically. Orders over $200 ship free.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale, clearance, and customized items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@straybearsweaters.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
- Our support team will assist you with the return process from there.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is processed.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@straybearsweaters.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return and replacement process. Please attach photos of the damages or defects.
7. International Returns
- International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with the return.
